Human Capital Management MBA is a program dedicated to specialists interested in knowledge and current management trends in the human resources sector. This program provides compensated knowledge, because apart from online weekend classes (webinars with the lecturer), students receive access to additional e-learning lessons and learn at a convenient time and pace. The completion of the program equips students with the qualifications of HR Manager MBA.
The goal of this MBA Program is to improve the management and leadership competences of managers or directors of HR departments. Students will get to know practical aspects of management and human capital management in organizations. The study program includes 2 semesters during which management and HR issues are implemented. The overriding assumption is to prepare highly qualified managerial staff equipped with practical and effective management tools to co-create personnel strategy in the organization.

Jacek specializes in the implementation of consulting and training activities in the field of people management in teams. Currently, apart from the work of a trainer, he conducts research within the doctorate at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and co-creates the Doctoral Laboratory of Social Consulting conducting activities supporting organizations that cannot afford paid consulting projects. For several years he conducted trainings on creative expression in amateur alternative theater in Poland and Great Britain, he worked in an international corporation (sales department and customer service department) and was a lecturer at the Jagiellonian University. Since 2007 he has been running the Beautiful Mind Laboratory of Effective Science. Since 2016 he has been working on a doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University.
