Erasmus+ is a student exchange programme in the area of European Union countries. Many acknowledged universities at our continent offer courses for foreigners in the scope of this programme. Why is it worth to go at abroad exchange? First and foremost, it is an unforgettable, valuable experience. During Erasmus you will get to know interesting people, you will take part in fascinating classes, workshops and projects, you will listen to gripping lectures conducted by famous academic personages. You will also improve foreign languages, especially English in which you will communicate in every country. Moreover, you can learn a language of the country to which you go, for instance Italian, Spanish, Greek, German and precious linguistic advice will be given by your friends from the local universities. Learning a language abroad is deemed to be the most efficient. Besides didactic development, joy and leisure in the most beautiful places in Europe are waiting for you. Partner universities for invited students organize amazing trips, showing the most interesting nooks in a city. A trip to Eramus+ is also an excellent point in a CV. A prospective employer will notice that you got to know various education techniques, you speak fluently in a foreign language as well as you are brave to aim high and realize your aims.
Executive Agency in Brussels (EACEA) has awarded our university Erasmus Charter for Higher Education card (ECHE) again for the years 2014-2020. In the scope of this programme we allocate PLN400,000 on trips for our students and employees for training purposes. The fact that the University of Business in Wroclaw has been awarded with the ECHE card means that our previous international activities have a very good reputation.
And finally those who are open minded, are curious about the world and other cultures, and are eager to experience an amazing adventure.
Students, who go to study at partner universities, are helped out financially by means of receiving a grant which amount varies from 400 and 500 euros monthly. People who are abroad at Erasmus+ programme remain the right to take all benefits (social scholarship, academic scholarships).

University of Business does not offer campus lodgings, but our International Office will assist all international and exchange students in finding proper accommodation.
It is possible to rent a studio or a room in a shared student-flat or a room in a house/flat occupied by its owners.
Our university recommends students to take the first option, as in the second one student should be ready to conform to the landlords' conditions. Before signing the contact it is advisable to ask about the all details concerning your life in the house.
Living in a student-flat is likely to be less complicated. Depending on a situation - there could be single, double or even multi-bedded rooms. Before taking the last decision you should always see your future flat. Do not rent a flat a flat without checking it first.
The cost of accommodation for one person ranges from 200 to 500 Euro per month (depending on the quantity of places in the room/apartment).

University of Business in Wroclaw cooperates with many European universities. Our university can also award a scholarship a person who finds training abroad on their own.
Training abroad in the scope of Erasmus+ programme lasts from 2 to 12 months, however, the most often there are 3 months. Trainings can be undergone in non-academic institutions – various enterprises, organizations, research and development units. The requirement is that the undergone training has to be related with undertaken courses at UBW. There is also an opportunity to pass an obligatory training while being abroad. We highly encourage students to do an internship abroad because they give a lot of possibilities to develop. First and foremost, you will learn how to work in an intercultural and international team, thanks to which you will improve your language skills as well as soft skills: teamwork, communicativeness and creativity. Moreover, you will get to know techniques of work that are used in the whole world, you will understand a lot of definitions and concepts, and you will familiarize yourself with state-of-the-art technologies. A training undergone abroad is an excellent point in CV which may help you to find a dream job in the future.
