The primary objective of the Management – Master’s degree studies is to build a solid foundation consisting of competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) required by the global and the local labor market.
The MA studies in the University of Business in Wroclaw last 2 years (4 semesters). The study program consists of 3 blocks: basic, general academic and specialized.
The study program comprises four specializations:
MARKETING MANAGEMENT IN THE INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT - the study program will allow you to gain specialized knowledge and skills in marketing management, supported by in-depth, practical knowledge of the most important areas of business management. After completing the program, you will be able to plan and carry out marketing activities at the operational and strategic levels in any industry.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN THE INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT - the study program will allow you to gain specialized knowledge and skills in creating and implementing strategies and programs of human capital management, supported by in-depth, specialized knowledge of the most important areas of business management. We will teach you to develop effective strategies and HRM programs in the international environment.
E-BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN THE INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT - the study program covers the key issues from the area of e-business, the ways of running and managing it, its possibilities and limitations, as well as the associated problems and risks. The program is focused on practical issues which stimulates motivation and search for the driving force of the future e-business leaders.
