“Wyjazd na stypendium w ramach programu Erasmus Plus to nie tylko zabawa, ale również przepustka do lepszej pracy. Uczestnictwo w programie przynosi same plusy: możliwość poznania ciekawych ludzi, języków obcych, poszerzenia studenckich horyzontów, uczy też samodzielności i pewności siebie.
Polecam aplikować na wyjazd każdemu, kto chce przeżyć przygodę i spędzić kilka miesięcy w ciekawym kraju”

“Erasmus program provides students with the opportunity for self education. Except for compulsory education there is a chance of attending extra curriculum activities. What is also great is that there is a certain atmosphere which helps students of different nationalities to create co-projects and constantly communicate in order to inspire and motivate each other and make the process of studying way more interesting”

Getting acquaintanced with international students helps me to improve my language, to learn more about different customs and their traditions, it diversifies my knowledge and makes my world wider. Learning new languages and practical work is a great chance to prepare myself for a professional future career”

„Let’s start! In my opinion it is very hard to write just few lines about the Erasmus programme, because that opportunity is the one that can change your whole life in few months!
I was on erasmus two times. Actually, now it is my second time. The funny thing is that I am in the same place as two years ago and it is not by accident. I came here, becuase I fell in love with that place. I fell in love with the narrow streets with the voice of some woman singing fado, what sounds like an echo during the sunny day with the smell of flowers. Her voice full of saudade can remind me the feeling I know very well... . There is something saint in this place. In Portugal, in Mirandela.
It won't be a suprise when I will write, that here I became more open, more responsible, more confident. I became a new person, fresk, with the desire to admire the world. I think almost every Erasmus student has something like this.
There is one city, that made my dreams come true – Porto. Still I can hear the sounds of the birds near the port. The taste of sweet wine. The incredible color palette of the view and that smell, smell of the ocean.
Instead of the beautiful countryside of the Coimbra, Sintra, instead of the deep and calm places like Fatima, instead of the monumetnal monasteries of Batalha or Tomar, I have a lot to say about the people.
Portuguese people are very calm and in hurry all the time, they are smiling and then in few mintues become serious. I can see that „saudade” in them, but they don't want to show more emotions. They are greeting me with the funny „Ola!” everytime, everywhere. They are simple and misterious. They are like „Sunflowers” of Vincent van Gogh - impressive.
But I'm also gladful that I had an opportunity to meet other international people, for example from Turkey, Spain, Hungary, Germany and many, many other countries. They left nice moments in my memory, and I can still visit them somewhere... in the middle of Europe in the future.
Erasmus time was also a big, hard work. The kind of work that you need to be a good human, help, understand, to be a friend and have a respect for everything what is around you. It's like an adventure of your soul. Sometimes very difficult, but sometimes very calm and so grateful.
If someone asks me if Erasmus is a nice journey, I won't answer, because that journey has a big influence on everything, it can't be just „nice”, it IS everything"
